All tower Completion Certificate for Phase I and phase 2 has been issued for the project by KMC from 5th October, 2016 {Link for CC}; and 17th June, 2017 {Link for CC}; Several flat owners are in have taken possession and some have already moved in. As on 12th December, 2018 there are about 421 families residing in Urbana.
BNRI has started giving fit outs for Phase 2 (Tower 3/4/5) and urnbana club inaugurated by Ravi Shastri on 20th novermber 2017.
