Membership of the Association shall include the person or persons owning and/or beneficially owning and/or have agreed to own a flat/ apartment by virtue of duly registered conveyance and/or Allotment Letters and/or agreements executed by the promoters and who have agreed to abide by these rules and regulations of this Association, are duly admitted.
